The Crown Chakra, symbolized by the thousand-petaled lotus, is your portal to higher awareness and connection to the divine and your higher self. The Aura, your vibrational field, is your protection and your radiance, your energetic signature that reflects your inner state. We will explore how thoughts, emotions, and spiritual practice influence this field, and how a clear crown and strong aura can bring more ease, confidence, and flow into daily life.
Through a blend of movement, mantra, meditation and journaling, you will be guided to:
• Strengthen and expand your aura, learning to sense and trust your energetic field
• Open the crown chakra to access inspiration, guidance, and higher awareness
• Ground this connection in the body through breath, movement, and mindfulness
