This retreat is an invitation to step out of productivity mode and into presence, play, and embodied creativity, held in nature, guided by movement, ritual, and conscious creation.

  • All-In Retreat Package
    The price per person includes six nights’ accommodation, all daily yoga, meditation, and creative workshops, two nourishing vegetarian meals each day, use of yoga props and creative materials, and full retreat facilitation.

    Rooms with shared bathroom

    • 2 single beds - shared bathroom - 820€

    • 1 double bed - shared bathroom - 840€

    Shared Ensuite Rooms

    • Twin Room (2 single beds): €910

    • Triple Room (3 single beds): €860

    Double ensuite room

    • Shared: 760€ per person

    • Single occupancy: 980€

    Master Suite

    • Shared: €1,000 per person

    • Single occupancy: €1,200

    Payment Options:

    • A €400 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

    • Remaining balance can be paid in two or three installments, with full payment due 6 weeks before the retreat.

    • Flexible payment plans available upon request — just reach out and we’ll find what works best for you.

    • Your space is confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Arrival: Monday afternoon
    Shuttle service is approximately €200. We recommend coordinating arrivals to share the cost.
    WE will organize the shuttle for you.
    (check-in after 5 PM)

    Departure: Sunday morning (check-out by 11 AM)

    To make your journey smoother and more affordable, we recommend booking flights that arrive around the same time as other participants.

    This makes it easier to organize a shared shuttle from the airport to the retreat location — a convenient and cost-effective option.

    Once you’ve booked your flight, please share your arrival time so we can help coordinate transport.

    • Cancellation Policy
      We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as understanding as possible while ensuring the retreat can run smoothly.

      • The €400 deposit is non-refundable, unless you can fill your spot with another participant.
      • If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be fully refunded.
      • If cancellation occurs between 60 and 90 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
      • If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the retreat start date, no refund can be offered, as all arrangements will have been finalized.

      If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Please inform us in writing to arrange the transfer.

      If the retreat is cancelled by THE PEAR due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrolment, force majeure, or health restrictions), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

      We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, flight changes, health emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

      Thank you for understanding that these policies allow us to plan with confidence and deliver the best possible retreat experience.

    – Deposit of €400 upon booking.
    – First instalment: 40% of balance due 90 days before the retreat start date.
    – Final instalment: Remaining balance due 45 days before the retreat start date.
